Treatment frequency depends on the specific procedure and individual goals. We’ll help develop a maintenance plan tailored to you and can assist with booking your treatment plan ahead of schedule to ensure that your maintenance remains on track.

Prices vary based on the type of treatment and the areas being addressed. A detailed quote will be provided during the consultation. Each of our clients is unique and we honour this. Personal requirements may vary from person to person and we endeavour to provide a boutique and personalised service. Please book an initial consultation with one of our nurses to assist in formulating a personalised treatment plan and accurate pricing.

Results vary based on treatment type and individual factors. All treatment expectations will be discussed in your personalised consultation. Intrinsic factors can affect personal longevity of aesthetic treatments, this may include hormonal balance, lifestyle factors, illness or injury and metabolic rate.

Recovery times vary depending on the treatment provided. Some procedures require no downtime, whilst others may include anticipated swelling, bruising and minor discomfort. Please ask your clinician any questions you may have about treatment expectations and plan your appointment well before major events.

 We request that you fill in all forms sent prior to your treatment to assist with our planning of your consultation. If you are having treatment on the day, please ensure that you are feeling well and do not fit any of the criteria that would prevent you having treatment listed in your pre-treatment consultation forms. If you have a special occasion or a trip planned, please ensure that you book well in advance (4-6 weeks) to optimise outcomes.

No, we cannot treat pregnant or breastfeeding clients with non-surgical aesthetic treatments. However, we do offer a range of clinical grade skincare that may assist your journey during this time. Please reach out if we can assist with nurturing your skin safely during this chapter.

A consultation with our trained professionals will assess your requirements, concerns, and goals to recommend the best options. We suggest booking an ‘initial consultation’ if you are unsure and one of our nurses will provide a personalised consultation and treatment plan. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for you to ask any questions you may have.

If you have already made an online booking and wish to alter the day or time, please go to your confirmation email and select ‘change my appointment’ at the bottom of the screen. We can also be contacted at bookings@thefoxeffect.com.au if you have any issues

Please note that late cancellations come under our no-show/late cancellation policy, bookings cannot be altered within 24 hours of your appointment time.
